legal- juristic study about property of camputer data

the issue of the property of computer data is veryimportant in different sciences such as religiousjurisprudence, law, economy and even computer science.the proof for the property of such data can have someeffects as well as civil and criminal acts. the nature ofthese data and their property require essential explanation.in this study, computer data is defined and then, it iscompared with different principles of objects as propertysuch as foundations of economic value, mores and wisemen, meeting needs and other valid foundations in theassessment of objects as property. we will observe that thedata are consistent with all criteria of for objects to beproperty. in this way, the effects of objects to be propertyhave been investigated and computer data have beenevaluated in terms of the acceptability of these effects sothat the effects of the property will also be analyzed. thisstudy is a new effort to achieve this objective and providea new horizontal in criminal issues related to the objectproperty of computer data.
